Please note we use UPS / Fedex for shipping heaters and more expensive items. Items that cost less than 80 GBP / 90 EUR / 100 USD / 120 AUD may be shipped via Tracked Mail Service which takes 2-7 days. If you need a faster shipping solution, please contact us. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible so we will select the best available shipping service for each customer.
Please note that shipping may take longer if the parcel may be a subject to customs checks. Various countries have different thresholds for the import taxes - we are not responsible for any taxes/charges applied by the customs. For example, in New York (USA), there is a 4.5% (as of 2014), other states may have different import tax rates.
Shipping fees are not returnable when:
- Shipment is refused to accept
- Customer or business is not available for delivery
- Cancelling order during the shipping
Please note that free shipping items are subject to shipping cost deduction.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Please inspect the goods, delivered by a courier, before signing. In case something is damaged, please do not accept delivery or sign to say damaged, otherwise the carrier will not accept liability for damaged goods.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping charges and handling fees might be deducted before refund, regardless of shipping method used on the initial order.
You must inspect the goods as soon as they are signed for acceptance. We can not cancel your order when it is already shipped or when the Product are returned damaged. Claim for damaged or missing good can be denied, if we are not notified or the delivery was not documented in proximity to the occurrence (48 hours after signing for a parcel).
We are a friendly company and we do understand that sometimes you may need to return the goods to us for various reasons and it is absolutely fine. However, there are some conditions that have to be taken into account when dealing with returns - you can find them below.
Returns shipping charges are covered by the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. We strongly advise you to use traceable shipping service. All returns must be received within 14 days from the returns notice.
Any products returned must be brand new / unopened / unused & include the original packing and documentation.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days from the day we receive returned item. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping charges that were incurred when shipping the goods to the customer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you a returns confirmation. No good will be accepted without returns confirmation.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We are a UK VAT registered business.
If you are a VAT registered European Union company, you can order goods without the VAT where applicable. This is subject to company and VAT registration checks.
Other Terms & Conditions
All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty will not cover labor charges, failure of related components, failure due to incorrect installation or misuse, nor will liability exceed the cost of the original component.
All warranty claims should by accompanied by written statement and warranty card.
We reserve a right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, shortage of stock or any other reason which prevent us from delivering the ordered goods to a customer.
We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the supplied goods by us.
In some cases goods may arrive in different packaging from the one that is shown in the pictures due to the fact that manufacturers may change the packaging type, color or other properties.
