    1. Delivery

    Please note that we use UPS / FedEx Express for shipping heaters and higher value items. Items that cost less than 100 USD may be shipped via Fedex Economy service (delivery time 2-5 days). If you need a faster shipping solution, please contact us. PLEASE NOTE - SENDING TO PO ADDRESS COULD RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPMENT WHICH WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.

    Our aim is to deliver your items as soon as possible and we will select the best available shipping service for each customer to achieve that.

    1. Import duties 

    Please note that shipping may take longer if the parcel is subject to customs checks. Various countries have different thresholds for the import taxes - we are not responsible for any taxes/charges applied to the items you order by customs. Most of the heating systems have 0% import duty in the US but some items may have a different duty rate that is usually between 2%-6%. It is your responsibility to confirm the import duties in your location.

    Orders to the European Union:

    VAT is now payable upon the arrival of your shipment into the EU and the specific VAT rate depends on the destination country. The items ordered may also be subject to additional checks by the customs of the member states of the European Union. If your item is subject to VAT or other duties you will be contacted by the courier who will assist with the process of paying the import charges. Please note, if you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT registered company in the EU, you can claim the import VAT paid from your local government. 

    1. Return of shipping fees

    Shipping fees are not refundable when:


    • Receiver refused delivery, or to pay Customs Duties or other Shipment charges

    • Customer or business is not available for delivery

    • Order is canceled during shipping


    When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on your chosen  shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

    Please inspect the items before signing to accept them at the time of delivery and make sure that the packaging is not damaged. In case something is damaged, please do not accept the delivery or sign the acceptance sheet clearly stating that the packaging and/or items within are damaged (you may in addition take photos of the damaged packaging and/or items which could be used as a proof of the carrier's liability). Otherwise, the carrier may not accept the liability for damaged items.

    1. Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

    Shipping charges, handling and restocking fees as well as a 3% transaction fee might be deducted before refunding, regardless of shipping method used on the initial order.

    You must inspect the items as soon as they are signed for acceptance. We cannot cancel your order when it is already shipped or when the items are returned damaged. Claims for damaged or missing items can be denied, if we are not notified or the delivery was not documented in proximity to the occurrence (48 hours after signing for a parcel).

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to provide excellent service to the best of our abilities.  We  understand that sometimes you may need to return  items to us for various reasons and  we are happy to assist with that. . You can find the conditions and process for returns below. 

    Returns shipping charges are covered by the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of items during transit, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance where possible and using a reliable shipping provider with Order Tracking. All returns must be received within 14 days from the date the returns confirmation has been issued.

    Any products returned must be brand new / unopened / unused & include the original packing and documentation. 

    You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned item considering the above conditions are met. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping charges that were incurred when shipping the items to the customer, unless you received a different item or model from the one you ordered.

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account at,  select the order from the “Orders” or "Completed Orders" page and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you a return confirmation. No item will be accepted without the return confirmation.

    We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    1. Use of Cookies and other Tracking Technologies

    Like most companies we use cookies, web beacons and pixels, on our websites.  These tracking technologies are used to improve how a website works, offer personalized adverts and collect non-personally identifiable information to improve your experience on our site.     All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty will not cover labor charges, failure of related components, failure due to incorrect installation or misuse, nor will liability exceed the cost of the original component.

    All warranty claims should be accompanied by a written statement and warranty card (if applicable).

    We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, shortage of stock or any other reason which prevents us from delivering the ordered items to a customer.

    We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the items supplied by us. 

    In some cases items may arrive in different packaging from the one that is shown in the pictures due to the fact that manufacturers may change the packaging type, color and/or other properties.

    All items and services remain the property of HEATSO until the payment has been received in full.

    All images, texts, our catalog and other content of the web page is owned by HEATSO. Any reproduction is prohibited. 

    Use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

    Promotional codes are available via our partners, social media or provided by us. A coupon code can be entered at the checkout and cannot be applied after the purchase has been made. Please check typing, spacing, letters, upper/lower case, symbols and numbers to match the coupon code provided. Coupon codes are not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel coupon codes or promotions at any time.

    HEATSO  will not be held liable for any damage (including, but not limited to fire, accident, electrocution, trauma, death, etc.) inflicted on a property and/or health of the clients and/or any third parties, if any of the following conditions is infringed by the client:


    • All items purchased from HEATSO must be installed by a certified professional with technical background and relevant experience in performing such installations;

    • Should any questions and/or doubts arise on proper use, functioning, installation and/or repair of any items purchased from HEATSO, the clients are obliged to abstain from using/installing/repairing items themselves and must refer to HEATSO support service seeking consultation. Any installations/repairs must be performed by a certified professional with technical background and relevant experience.

    • Items must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and for the purposes defined by the manufacturer.
