This Airtronic Gen 1 to Gen 3 Conversion Adapter Set is a plug-and-play solution that connects your existing vehicle wiring directly to modern Airtronic heaters and fuel metering pumps - no teardown required.

What's Included

  • Main Adapter Harness - converts the 1st Gen connector at the heater turret to fit 2nd/3rd Gen units
  • Fuel Pump Adapter Cable - adapts your legacy fuel pump plug to the new-style Eberspacher metering pump connector

Installation in 4 Steps

  1. Unbolt the old D2/D4 unit and disconnect the main plug
  2. Connect the adapter between your original harness and the new heater
  3. Swap the fuel pump adapter onto your new metering pump
  4. Mount the new heater, power up (fuse up), and test
