heatso had a good black Friday deal so we ordered this one as one of our friends recommended this heater for engine preheating. He got an earlier version from heatso about a year ago. We haven't installed ours yet, booked for next week. Ordered on Friday morning and received it Tuesday afternoon..
One year of Vanlife and still working fine
This was my first time installing one of these for a hydronic heated floor in my sprinter van conversion. There were A LOT of different parts, which looks intimidating, but it really wasn't that bad by the time I was done with everything.Customer service was great. I had a few questions that they answered effectively. That little bit of help really went a long way to clarify the installation process.For the unit itself - I've been using it for about one year and I did have a few days where it was throwing me an error, but that only happened about 5-10 times total which was only a temporary problem. I run this several times per day over the winter and it's been 99% operational. I love it so much and knowing what I know now I would never convert a van without a heated floor and heated blower combo using this unit. I'd probably tie it into my water source as well for hot water heater in the winter.Having a heated floor is an absolute game changer for vanlife. I'm completely satisfied and definitely recommend implementing this into your build.
