Received it looks like a high-end product it was packed really good can’t really comment on any more at this time to haven’t installed it yet I’m still doing my van build.Also bought espar heater . I had Questions and the company was real good at helping me out I would recommend buying from them .

Customer service needs help
Overall the stove works well. Really nice not to have to carry propane. Recently on a trip, I could not get the stove to light. I called the Irvine office and was forced to leave a message. I never received a call back. Fortunately I was able to figure out the problem and get the stove back online.For the price of this stove vs. a $100 Coleman option, I would like to see some better customer service. Also the operating instructions are severely lacking how to operate the unit and solutions to common problems. That bit of information in the manuel would have been very useful.

Je n’ai jamais rencontré un autre vanlifer avec cette équipement, plusieurs n’envie. J’adore, un de ses avantages est qu’il est alimenté directement du réservoir (moteur) du véhicule. Vous devez toutefois considérer que c’est un poêle et que parfois, considérant la météo (ex 28C) un sandwich est bienvenu.
