Created based on the feedback and recommendations of lifetime van owners, the Espar D2 Sprinter Kit is the ideal heater kit for all Sprinter van models up to 2008. But the Espar D2 diesel heater is much more versatile than that, and can be used in lots of other applications. Ideal for travelling and camping at high altitudes, this 12V heater offers 4 output levels, and a convenient air ventilation mode. Its long flexible ducting means that it can be used to heat different areas of your van. Espar heaters are leaders in the market, so finding repair shops or parts is not a problem. • The Espar D2 is a 12V diesel heater that operates as a forced air heater.

• It has a 2.2kW / 7500BTU heat output and offers 4 different heating levels - low, medium, high, and power (boost) - making it easy to achieve the heat level you want.

• Comes complete with a separate standpipe to provide direct access to the tank’s fuel supply when no auxiliary tap is available. Additional fuel connectors can also be purchased separately.

• The Espar D2 diesel heater comes with an air ventilation mode for circulating cold air through the ducting system, making it perfect for cooling your van on hot nights

• It is truly fuel efficient and economical. Benefit from fuel and power consumption as low as 0.10 l/h for medium heat, 0.15l/h for high heat and 0.23l/h, and 0.28l/h for maximum heat.

• The Espar D2 Sprinter Kit is easy to install and maintain, and comes with all the necessary parts for installation (see full contents of the kit below).

• It is compact in size, meaning that it can be installed under the passenger seat, in small compartments, or even externally. (external mounting accessories are required)

• It uses an integrated internal temperature sensor to monitor temperature. An additional external temperature sensor is available which can be placed in locations like your sleeping area and provides higher accuracy and comfort level.

• The Espar Sprinter Diesel Heater  is perfect for operating at high altitudes. It can handle altitudes of up to 2,200 meters / 7200 feet, and with an additional High Altitude Kit, it can be used even higher up.

• The Espar D2 Sprinter Diesel Heater uses CAN, LIN and S+ system communication protocols, meaning it can also be used with early generation controllers.
