Genuine replacement gaskets for AS3 D2L 12/24V, fits B2L heaters.
The Espar / Eberspacher Airtronic AS3 service kit is designed to provide a reliable airtight seal between the blower motor and the heater unit, as well as the combustion chamber. These gaskets help prevent air and exhaust leaks, improving overall efficiency and maintaining proper pressure within the system.
Whenever the heater blower or burner chamber is removed, the gaskets must be replaced to ensure a proper seal and safe operation.
During heater servicing, it is highly recommended to replace the internal fuel pump filter and inspect for carbon or fuel residue.
Please Note: 3rd-generation Airtronic AS3 heaters no longer use a glow plug screen.
