Heats our 38 foot motorhome in 0 degrees Fahrenheit temps with no trouble at all. It even transitions down to lower settings when it gets it warm. It did not come with the control plug, that is worth while to purchase. The timer is handy too so you can read fault codes. We have only had it a couple weeks but so far it is excellent!
