Cools great!
Bought this for my Sprinter 170 conversion. While it was 102F outside, this cooled off the interior very nicely and quickly. The remote makes it easy to control from anywhere in the van!

Great Air conditioner
I used this air conditioner in Baja California in the summer of 2023 on my truck camper. I didn't use it that much in the day because we were outside most of the time but when I needed id during the day it cooled the camper no problem. I had it running on low every night for five weeks there. It kept us super comfortable while only using 18amps per hour. It installed in my 14' x 14'' existing Fantastic Fan opening with a small bit of adjusting the opening.

Quality unit!
Seems to be very well engineered. It’s super quiet compared to the Dometic it replaced. I get 53 DB on low right under the unit compared to 73 on the Dometic. It did not fit in 14 by 14 hole. I needed to widen it almost a half an inch to make it work. The power draw is really low, I’m seeing about 17 to 24 amps, however the outdoor temperature is cool here in PA so I won’t know until hot humid summer the real load it draws. One thing it is higher on the outdoor unit and short lenght than the Dometic it replaces.
