The Silencio 2 heater can be connected either to the vehicle engines cooling system or to an diesel/petrol heater from Webasto or Eberspacher / Espar.
Silencio 2 heat exchanger uses vehicles coolant to heat the cabin with 2 speed fan.

This device works very well. I replaced the evo1 compact, not impressed with that product. But the silencio puts out much more heat. I would recommend the silencio, but not the evo. Documentation could be better.
