This is a genuine Webasto DP42 / DP42.2 VDA fuel dosing pump (also known as a fuel metering pump or heater fuel pump) designed for Webasto Air Top and Thermo Top heaters. This precision pump accurately meters gasoline or diesel fuel into the heater and produces the normal rhythmic ticking sound during operation.
This replacement fuel pump is supplied without a mounting damper. For maximum reliability during winter operation, it is highly recommended to keep a spare fuel dosing pump available.
