  • Worth the wait

    I will start up by saying that we indeed needed to wait quite a bit for this heater to come through. But it was OK, as we were not in a rush and people at Heatso support communicated thoroughly with us about the situation. So, we never had any doubt that we will receive it. I understand why long-term pre-orders might be daunting, but never once we were worried about it. As I mentioned - communication was there.As for the heater itself - it is great combo solution. We needed new water and air heaters, so we opted for this combo kit. It made sense to us that it is better to have one heater for both, instead of two different heaters. Just less hassle.The kit had almost everything included, apart from ducting and water lines. But we knew that before purchasing, as we read item list multiple times and confirmed it with Heatso themselves. Anyways, not a big deal, got it at our local store.Overall, absolutely loving this heater and highly recommended to everybody who needs both - water and air heaters. The helpfulness of Heatso staff is just a great bonus, that reassures you that your money is in good hands.
