I haven’t received my order confirmation
If you did not receive an email confirming your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, name and the email you used in the checkout.
I have received the wrong product/order
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Ensure to check the returned items process in the Terms & Conditions.
There’s a product missing in my order
Please notify our team about missing items within 48 hours of signing for a parcel. Claims for missing items can be denied if Heatso is not notified within 48 hours after signing for a parcel.
I have received a damaged item
All items should be inspected upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please document the damage and contact Heatso at email@example.com for further assistance immediately. Please also retain the original packaging as couriers usually want to inspect it.
I haven’t received my shipping confirmation
If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, name, and shipping address.
Can I change my address?
You can register any number of addresses within Heatso. Please ensure that the shipping details are correct during checkout, as once the package is sent out, we cannot change the destination address.
Can I edit/cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders can be canceled, but shipping fees are not refundable if the order is canceled during shipping.
