Can I return an item on sale?
There are no exceptions for items on sale. Items on sale can be returned if they are new, unopened, and within 14 days of delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Most unused items can be exchanged, but this decision is made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact email@example.com for further details.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that are not new, opened, used, or lacking the original packaging and documentation cannot be returned. Additionally, items can't be returned if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
Have you received my return?
We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
Can I return to orders together?
If all orders fulfill the returns criteria (items are new, unopened, and within 14 days of delivery), they can be returned together. In this case, please discuss the terms of return with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to process returns?
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned item, provided all return conditions are met.
How do I return my order?
To return an item, log in to your account, select the order from the “Orders” or "Completed Orders" page and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send a return confirmation. No item will be accepted without this confirmation.
Return time and cost
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the return confirmation has been issued. Returns shipping charges are covered by the buyer.
