Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but the shipping fees are not refundable if the order is canceled during shipping.
Do your products have a warranty?
All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover labor charges, failure of related components, or failure due to incorrect installation or misuse.
How to receive an invoice for purchased products?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an invoice for your order. Please include all the necessary information, such as the order number, in your initial request so your request can be quickly processed.
Can I collect the order myself?
Not yet, but we are working towards a self-collection option. More information will be available soon.
Are the prices of your products inclusive of VAT?
Orders to the European Union have VAT payable upon the arrival of the shipment. VAT rates depend on the destination country.
I forgot to add my discount code, can you help me?
Promotional codes can be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after the purchase has been made.
