How can I receive my shipment faster as a company?

Please include your EIN number if you are purchasing as a company. Sometimes a shipment gets held up at customs, and having an EIN number greatly expedites the process. 

How much will shipping cost me?

The shipping fee depends on the configuration of your order, as well as your location. It is normally displayed at checkout

My order has not arrived yet - what can I do?

Simply contact us using the Contact Us form or email us at support@heatso.com, and we will be more than happy to help and track your parcel. 

Can I return the ordered item?

Yes. You can return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if the item is unused and brand new in unopened packaging. You must contact us before returning any goods, though.
