SureCal 20 Liter horizontal calorifier for RV
Please note - the outer shell is very soft, therefore you might see minor cosmetic defects, but they have no impact to the performance of the calorifier.
SureCal calorifiers are made of the finest quality materials available, which guarantees the ultimate performance and reliability. A calorifier stores your hot water, and heats it up using an immersion heater, in addition to using drop coil technology. The finned surface heat exchanger used in the boiler provides unrivaled heat recovery.
Heat from the engine cooling system is used to heat clean fresh water from your onboard water system. The RV water heater also includes a thermostatic mixer valve, fitted as standard for safety reasons, and also increases the supply of hot water available by up to 25%.

- Retains heat for up to 24 hours after the immersion coil has been switched off.

- Immersion hot water heater, barbed engine coil connections, stainless steel fixing brackets and pressure release valve are included with the calorifier.
- For safety reasons, a thermostatic mixer valve is fitted as standard, which increases the availability of hot water.
- Water that is stored within the boiler reaches the same temperature as the immersion coil (generally 85°C / 185°F).
- Each calorifer is individually bench tested ensuring quality and reliability.
Complete your domestic water circle
There are only a few essential parts that you need, to ensure that your hot water system works smoothly and securely. A full water circle includes an expansion tank, an accumulator tank, a water pump, and a calorifier.
An expansion tank is a small tank used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems from excessive pressure. They can be fitted in any orientation, preferably as near to the calorifier as is reasonably possible. We offer 2 liter and 5 liter expansion tanks, which should be enough to satisfy most of your RV, campervan, or mobile home hot water needs.

An accumulator tank is a water chamber which has a pre-pressurized internal air bladder. They are installed on the pressured side of your water pump and dampen water pressure 'spikes'. Accumulator water tanks help reduce pump cycling, increase the water pump's longevity, and also save battery power.
A water pump provides running water in an RV, which is crucial for living off-grid in comfort. An onboard water pump makes it possible to shower, fill the sink, flush the toilet, and carry out many other tasks you take for granted at home. For most RV owners, a 30PSI water pump is enough to give you a comfortably strong stream of water.
